A restaurant experience can be made or broken by the service provided by the waiter, which is why restaurants are constantly looking for well trained wait staff that have the right attitude, that will make visiting their restaurant enjoyable and memorable. The Victorian Bar School waiting program will give you the skills and the confidence you need to get a job and work as a waiter, teaching you all of the essential skills from greeting guests and taking orders to clearing the tables and the 3 plate carry and everything between.

Our waiting program, like all of our hospitality training programs, is a hands on and practical course that is ideal for anyone looking for work as a waiter or waitress, or simply wants to make themselves more employable by adding a skill set to their resumé. People that have bar, barista and waiting skills are very attractive to employers as they know you are versatile and they can use you anywhere in the venue.
