If you advise us of errors in your information, we will correct them.

However, personal information can be shared if:
- It is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or for a secondary purpose which is directly related to the primary purpose
- The disclosure is authorised by law, or for law enforcement or investigation
- The disclosure is necessary to lessen or prevent a serious and imminent threat to life, health or safety
It is the individuals’ responsibility to notify Victorian Bar School of changes to their personal information.
We have a privacy policy, which is available online in the Student Handbook and in print on request.
Victorian Bar School uses a 3rd party for handling card details. The 3rd party is called Bookeo. Bookeo uses 256 bit SSL 3.0 (TLS 1.0) encryption, and are PCI-DSS compliant. For more details please see Bookeo Credit Card Security. All pricing is in Australian dollars (AUD).
