The Victorian Bar School has been training people to work in hospitality for over 43 years. Our training philosophy is built on giving our students practical and hands on experience as we believe the best way to learn is to do it yourself. Our range of courses include RSA Melbourne, RSG Melbourne, barista coffee, cocktail bartending, food safety, waiting and our comprehensive Certificate IV in Hospitality.

We have a state of the art training facility which includes 2 bars, a hotel cellar, a café and a restaurant conveniently located just 100 meters from Flinders Street train station. Graduates from our courses have free access to our staffing agency to facilitate a smooth transition in employment in the hospitality industry.
